From patch 2.2.0 spawns more often. One of unfortunate five unique mobs bugged in Special Assignment (removed from achi later).
Fearby the Prowler is located in act 5 and can be found in Westmarch Heights location. In Diablo 3 present from RoS version and is Vicious Hound type of monster. On the same map are other unique monsters such as Revenant Shield Guard Trejiak (Skulking Skeletal Captain), Hound Pack Leader Kube (Bringer of Storms), Executioner Clawgane (The Mountain), Punisher Ghrentuloth (Massive Ambusher), Revenant Shield Guard Captain Shely (Merciless Battle Guard), Hound Pack Leader Pan Fezbane (Lord of the Cone), Ghastly Seraph Sumaryss the Damned (Lord of Anguish), Shadow of Death Theodosia Buhre (Lost Spirit), Punisher Micheboar (The Bane of Westmarch), Death Maiden Maiden of Flame 3 (Firestarter), Death Maiden Maiden of Flame 2 (Firestarter), Death Maiden Maiden of Flame (Firestarter). It is needed to acomplish achievements: Irreplaceable You, Special Assignment. There are also other unique monsters of Vicious Hound type in the game - Phyneus The Growler (Ferocious Mongrel Brother) in Westmarch Commons location.
