Sardar is located in act 2 and can be found in Tomb of Sardar location. In Diablo 3 present from 1.0.8 version and is Accursed type of monster. There are also other unique monsters of Accursed type in the game - Plagar the Damned (Brutish Accursed) in Desolate Sands location, Otzi the Cursed (Infected Creature of Death) in Western Channel location.
