Sammash is located in act 2 and can be found in Alcarnus location. In Diablo 3 present from 1.0.8 version and is Vicious Mangler type of monster. On the same map are other unique monsters such as Foul Conjurer Shondar the Invoker (Master of the Threshold), Deranged Cultist Jhorum the Cleric (Coven Blood Scribe), Deranged Cultist High Cultist Murdos (Cruel and Powerful Cult Acolyte). It is needed to acomplish achievements: A Unique Collection. It appears in the form of bounty called "Kill Sammash" in the location Alcarnus in act 2. There are also other unique monsters of Vicious Mangler type in the game - Shatterbone (Acolyte of Torment) in Road to Alcarnus location.
