Monster relatively hard to find because of the large location (Southern Highlands).
Buras the Impaler is located in act 1 and can be found in Southern Highlands location. In Diablo 3 present from 1.0.8 version and is Moon Clan Impaler type of monster. On the same map are other unique monsters such as Dark Moon Clan Shaman Skehlinrath (Lightning Bringer), Savage Beast Red Rock (Heart of Fire), Moon Clan Shaman Lorzak the Powerful (Bearer of Frost), Dark Conjurer Cadhul the Deathcaller (Shepherd of Defilement). It appears in the form of bounty called "Kill Buras the Impaler" in the location Southern Highlands in act 1. There are also other unique monsters of Moon Clan Impaler type in the game - Lyeless (Walks Softly) in Fields of Misery location.

How to find Buras the Impaler in Diablo 3:

Select Highlands Crossing checkpoint and go north to Southern Highlands, check entire location - if he didn't spawn there return to town and restart game.
