Spawns together with Brother Karel and Brother Larel after killing Ezek the Prophet during quest The Broken Blade (Kill Ezek the Prophet and the skeletons).
Brother Moek is located in act 1 and can be found in Drowned Temple location. In Diablo 3 present from 1.0.8, 2.0.1 version. On the same map are other unique monsters such as Ezek the Prophet (Ancient Nephalem Champion), Brother Larel (Ancient Nephalem Keeper), Brother Karel (Ancient Nephalem Guardian).
