Occurs as part of the annual January event The Darkening of Tristram.
Zhar the Mad is located in labirynth and can be found in Labyrinth Level 8 location. In Diablo 3 present from 2.4.3 version. On the same map are other unique monsters such as Magma Demon Firewound the Grim, Mud Man Baron Sludge.
