Occurs as part of the annual January event The Darkening of Tristram.
Stareye the Witch is located in labirynth and can be found in Labyrinth Level 14 location. In Diablo 3 present from 2.4.3 version and is Hell Spawn type of monster. On the same map are other unique monsters such as Doom Guard Graywar the Slayer, Steel Lord Steelskull the Hunter. There are also other unique monsters of Hell Spawn type in the game - Red Vex in Unholy Altar location, Blackjade in Unholy Altar location.
