One of unique monsters that drop Death Breaths after killing, just like the elite. He spawns for the Pest Problems event. He has Plagued and Teleporter affixes.
Sprynter is located in act 5 and can be found in Vermin Alley location. In Diablo 3 present from RoS version and is Rat Caller type of monster. There are also other unique monsters of Rat Caller type in the game - Templeton (Gluttonous Vermin) in Plague Tunnels Level 1 location, Lacocious the Diseased (Lord of the Vermin) in Plague Tunnels Level 1 location.
