Slinger is located in act 5 and can be found in Paths of the Drowned location. In Diablo 3 present from RoS version and is Bogan Trapper type of monster. On the same map are other unique monsters such as Lord Kertis (Restless Lord of the Marsh), Bogan Trapper Almash the Grizzly (The Great Trapper), Wicker Man The Wickerman, Tusked Bogan Urgrek the Bodger (Lord of the Hill), Revenant Soldier Magnar (Betrayer of Rakkis), Lurk (The Infamous Skinner of Westmarch), Shrieking Terror Tadardya (The Night Flyer), Boggit Vilepaw (The Slasher), Tusked Bogan Gozmol (Brutish Bogan Hunter), Shrieking Terror Fangbite (Winged Blood Drinker). It is needed to acomplish achievements: Irreplaceable You, Special Assignment. It appears in the form of bounty called "Kill Slinger" in the location Paths of the Drowned in act 5. There are also other unique monsters of Bogan Trapper type in the game - Nashok (Koghar's Partner) in The Hunter's Den location, Almash the Grizzly (The Great Trapper) in Paths of the Drowned location.

SLINGER is a bounty. As long as you are playing in Adventure Mode you can keep creating new games until you get SLINGER as a Bounty to find this unique monster. Act 5 Waypoint: Paths of the Drowned Bounty: Kill SLINGER
