Occurs as part of the annual January event The Darkening of Tristram.
Rustweaver is located in labirynth and can be found in Labyrinth Level 13 location. In Diablo 3 present from 2.4.3 version and is Doom Guard type of monster. On the same map are other unique monsters such as Steel Lord Warlord of Blood, Snow Witch Witchmoon. There are also other unique monsters of Doom Guard type in the game - Graywar the Slayer in Labyrinth Level 14 location.
