Raiha the Vicious is located in act 2 and can be found in Desolate Sands location. In Diablo 3 present from 1.0.8 version and is Lacuni Stalker type of monster. On the same map are other unique monsters such as Treasure Seeker, Rockworm Shaitan the Broodmother (Great Maker), Accursed Plagar the Damned (Brutish Accursed), Sand Dervish Pazuzu (The Bladespinner), Reviled Nine Toads (Terror Of The Borderlands), Sand Dweller Ernutet (Guardian of the Veiled Treasure), Gore Harrier Bloodfeather (Winged Desert Predator), Desiccated Imp Blarg the Imp (Frenectic Fiery Creature). It is needed to acomplish achievements: A Unique Collection. It appears in the form of bounty called "Kill Raiha the Vicious" in the location Desolate Sands in act 2.

How to find Raiha the Vicious in Diablo 3:

Select Desolate Sands checkpoint, check entire map. If he didn't spawn there, return to town and restart game.
