After finding and touching Anvil of Sin (screen no 3) starts event with the same name and spawns Malthous.
Malthous is located in act 3 and can be found in Arreat Crater Level 1 location. In Diablo 3 present from 1.0.8 version and is Hell Basher type of monster. On the same map are other unique monsters such as Herald of Pestilence Valifahr the Noxious (Vengeful Demon Fiend), Tormented Stinger Severclaw (Fiery Crawler), Fallen Hellhound Growlfang (Bite Much Worse Than Bark), Demonic Serpent Gormungandr (Serpent of Arreat).
