Occurs as part of the annual January event The Darkening of Tristram. Before version 2.5.0 he were named Lionskull the Bent.
Lionskull is located in labirynth and can be found in Labyrinth Level 12 location. In Diablo 3 present from 2.4.3 version and is Black Knight type of monster. On the same map are other unique monsters such as Death Wing Viletouch, Fire Drake Viperflame.
