Ekthul is located in act 2 and can be found in Abandoned Cellar location. In Diablo 3 present from 1.0.8, 2.0.1 version and is Abomination type of monster. There are also other unique monsters of Abomination type in the game - Gobbulard (Bearer of Death) in The Weeping Hollow location.
