Champion of Strategems is located in act 5 and can be found in Dungeon Of Uliana's Strategem location. In Diablo 3 present from 2.4.0 version and is Oppressor type of monster. There are also other unique monsters of Oppressor type in the game - Defender of Might in Dungeon Of The Might Of The Earth location, Fenring (Embodiment of Slaughter) in Sacellum Of Virtue location, Beleth (Immortal of the Storm) in Pandemonium Fortress Level 2 location, Torchlighter (Breath of Flame) in Gardens of Hope 1st Tier location, Aspect of Sin (Azmodan's Legionnaire) in The Silver Spire Level 2 location.
