Found during bounty Clear Caverns of Frost. Randomly drops Urn of Quickening. In Caverns of Frost she's spawning only in adventure mode.
Zelusa the Grasping is located in act 3 and can be found in Icefall Caves - Level 2, Caverns of Frost Level 2 location. In Diablo 3 present from RoS version and is Wintersbane Huntress type of monster. There are also other unique monsters of Wintersbane Huntress type in the game - Chiltara (Vile Frost Stalker) in Caverns of Frost Level 2 location.
