Qurash the Reviled is located in act 1 and can be found in Caverns of Araneae location. In Diablo 3 present from 1.0.8 version and is Toxic Lurker type of monster. On the same map are other unique monsters such as Arachnid Horror Zhelobb the Venomous (Broodspawn of the Queen), Spiderling Venimite (Tiny and Deadly), Toxic Lurker Rathlin the Widowmaker (Plagueweaver), Arachnid Horror Arsect the Venomous (Instiller of Fetid Decay). It is needed to acomplish achievements: A Unique Collection. It appears in the form of bounty called "Kill Qurash the Reviled" in the location Caverns of Araneae in act 1. There are also other unique monsters of Toxic Lurker type in the game - Rathlin the Widowmaker (Plagueweaver) in Caverns of Araneae location.

How to find Qurash the Reviled in Diablo 3:

Select Highlands Crossing checkpoint, go south through Chamber of Queen Araneae to Caverns of Araneae. Check entire location - if he didn't spawn there return to town and restart game.
