Malfeas the Abhorrent

He's a part of mini event in randomly spawning chapel. Most of the time you can find elite in Radiant Chapel. When you enter location and there are four angels in the middle sucked under the ground in few seconds Malfeas will appear.
Malfeas the Abhorrent is located in act 4 and can be found in Radiant Chapel location. In Diablo 3 present from 1.0.8 version and is Morlu Incinerator type of monster. How to find Malfeas the Abhorrent in Diablo 3:

Teleport to Gardens of Hope 2nd Tier and search for entrance into Radiant Chapel. It spawns randomly so you may need several attempts.
