Haxxor is located in act 3 and can be found in Tower of the Damned Level 1 location. In Diablo 3 present from 1.0.8 version and is Hulking Phasebeast type of monster. On the same map are other unique monsters such as Fallen Shaman Fallen Firemage, Treasure Bandit, Fallen Hellhound Gnawbone (Ferocious Demon Hound), Blazing Ghoul Gholash (Savage Fiery Brute), Succubus Demonika the Wicked (From the Heart of Hell). It is needed to acomplish achievements: A Unique Collection. It appears in the form of bounty called "Kill Haxxor" in the location Tower of the Damned Level 1 in act 3. There are also other unique monsters of Hulking Phasebeast type in the game - Brimstone (Beast of Torment) in Tower of the Damned Level 2 location, Axgore the Cleaver (Lord of the Phasebeasts) in The Core of Arreat location.

How to find Haxxor in Diablo 3:

Teleport to Tower of the Damned Level 1 checkpoint. Scour entire map and if he didn't appear there return to town and restart game.
